Share your views on preserving family memories and staying connected across generations.
For adults aged 18+. Taking part is voluntary and takes about 5–7 minutes. Email and the adult participation check are required; research questions are optional. Responses are stored in Google Forms and a linked Google Sheets file, so they are not anonymous. Identifiable records are kept for up to 12 months, with access restricted to authorised Family Legacy staff. Only grouped, non-identifying findings will be shared with funders or public-sector bodies. Research or pilot follow-up requires your separate permission. Please read the full notice in the form and do not include children’s names, identifying details or private case information.
